Deliver specialized nursing care within a 30-bed inpatient unit focused on patients with malignant hematologic disorders. This role involves direct patient care related to stem cell transplants, CAR-T infusions, and participation in various research protocols. Experience and certification in oncology nursing are essential to maintain high-quality care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing stem cell transplant and CAR-T therapies.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments in compliance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support research protocols and patient care plans.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT).
• Current Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider card.
• Ability to work day/night rotations every two weeks; straight night shifts can be accommodated.
