Medical Surgical Nurse New

Pride Health is hiring a RN MedSurg/Tele our client’s medical facility in Rochester, NY 14621. This is a 13-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Summary:

• RN MedSurg/Tele. 36 hours per week (3x12s, Days/Nights, every other weekend)

• RN licensure in New York state

• BLS (AHA)

• Bachelors of science in nursing

RN MedSurg/Tele:

• Assess patients' overall condition, including vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation), and analyze telemetry data for any cardiac abnormalities.

• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, ensuring correct dosages and routes.

• Manage wound care, including dressing changes, and monitor for signs of infection or other complications.

• Utilize and interpret telemetry data, identifying and alerting the healthcare team to any changes in heart rhythm, blood pressure, or other critical vital signs.

Experience required:

• Minimum 2 years in MedSurg/Tele experience is required.

• EPIC experience.

• Weekly Travel Pay Range: $2300/week to $2400/week
