Additional Information
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is the practice of using sound vibrations and frequencies to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. During a sound bath, the frequencies and vibrations "wash" over you. A session can assist in releasing stress and tension, and it can align and balance your energy and chakras.
The intention and focus of this session will be on both creativity and community. Guests will be invited to ground, release any perceived limitations they may be feeling in their lives, and to allow the vibrations and frequencies to aid in their release. This will clear the way to welcome in new energy that can be used in a creative and positive way within their respective communities and everyday lives.
Please note: If anyone has a pacemaker or anything electronic attached to their person, they should not sit in on this session. Frequencies can affect these devices.
